The villa consists of a main house and an annex. The main house is built on two levels and, in addition to the living room, kitchen and media room on the first floor, it has four bedrooms (three of which have en-suite bathrooms). Leaving the living area of the main house, you step out onto the villa’s veranda, which is framed by views of the pool and the sea. An inviting dining table and comfortable lounge furniture underline the casual, relaxed atmosphere of this property.
The path to the villa’s annex leads past the spacious barbecue area and the rear part of the property, which is designed with white stones. The annex contains another bedroom with bathroom, as well as a sauna area. After sweating, a cold plunge pool and a jacuzzi are available for regeneration.

Sa Pasiada is located on a small hill above the dream beach of Villa Rei, a southern offshoot of Costa Rei in south-eastern Sardinia.
A small path leads to the beach in just under ten minutes, which welcomes visitors with its gently sloping, shimmering white sand.
Those who wish to enjoy Sardinian and Mediterranean cuisine will find numerous high-quality restaurants to choose from in the neighbouring hotspot of Villasimius and in the hinterland.
